Scope of Work:

This project involved two separate work components. The first component involved the removal of the existing water to air heat pumps in the Clemens Building and the installation of new geothermal type water to air heat pumps, complete with insulation of all the existing hydronic distribution piping. The second component consisted of the installation of a wastewater heat recovery loop, complete with pumps, heat exchanger, drum filter, and exterior CPVC piping.
