Archie Johnstone Plumbing & Heating

Start date:

August 2015

Completion date:

September 2016

Client:

St. Paul’s Church

Scope of Work:

The renovation of St. Paul’s Church consisted of the installation of split system heat pumps with air handlers to satisfy the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) requirements of the church, lower hall, meeting rooms and offices. Exhaust energy from the washrooms and main spaces tempers the outdoor air supplied to the building for use by the heat pump systems for minimum fresh air requirements. The Direct Digital Control (DDC) system provides precise control of the individual zones in the building to provide optimal comfort, air quality, and energy efficiency. The buildings plumbing systems were updated to adhere to the current standards.
