Scope of Work:

This project consisted of a new Chiller 1 with new evaporator and condensing loop pumps along with a new Cooling Tower installation. The new Chiller 1 unit works together with the existing Heat Recovery Chiller 2, operating to maximize the useful heat rejection by Chiller 2 with supplemental cooling by Chiller 1. The Cooling Tower was upgraded to satisfy the condensing requirements for Chiller 1 and future loads. Water quality is continuously monitored and chemical treatment is automatically injected as required.
